Ainley is one of our more talented dogs in the kennel when it comes to raw talent and trainabiity. She is a great marking dog that has conviction and style in everything she does. Ainley loves the water, and can clear a field of pheasants as good as any dog i've seen! In some ways, her desire has been her downfall. Ainley has 4 AKC Senior passes, and 1 AKC Master pass. Nonetheless, she is one of the best hunting dogs on our string and guides a few dozen hunts per year at pheasant preserves in SE WI and Northern IL. In the house, Ainley is a couch potato and has that off switch that any family would appreciate.
Ainley's puppies have been very nice familiy dogs that hunt or do other dog sports. Each litter has recieved great reviews and compliments on their intelligence and trainability. This is not surpring to us as Ainley was one of the more natural puppies we have ever raised and trained. Genetically speaking, Ainley is out of "Arctic", a Field Champion, Amateur Field Champion from the Jazztime program known for producing both pointing labs and field trial competitors. The ultimate standard in a versatile labrador in our opinion!
