Black and Yellow Litter Planned: 4X GMPR HRCH Ryker x Rose
Personally, this breeding is so exciting because of my love of upland hunting, and the genetics on these two dogs.  Ryker is an 85lb gorgeous Chocolate Labrador Retriever that simply checks all the boxes one could want.  He is gentle, calm and social.  Ryker has a great motor in the field and is trainable.  Not to mention his looks are stunning.  Ryker points in the uplands, but is a class duck dog and has his Hunting Retriever Champion Titlle in the HRC hunt test venue.  He is the total package for a dual purpose hunter, hunt tester and active family companion.

Rose is more of the same.  She came to us as a 1 year old who was incredibly behind on her social development but we knew her genetics and where she came from.  We were right!  Rose is coming around, and is the sweetest dog you could want to be around but also loves birds and is doing well in her training.  I bring her in the house and she relaxes on the couch with the kids and when we train she is all go!  Rose's pedigree is outstanding if you are into dual purpose labradors that can run hunt tests, field trials as well as excel in the uplands.

Southfork will be keeping a female out of this litter.

All health clearances are done on both dogs.  Some puppies will carry Stargart gene, but will NOT BE AFFECTED.  Otherwise, CLEAR on the full labrador genetic panel.  Both dogs are OFA Good or excellent on hips, normal on elbows and normal on eyes.

Puppies will be black (tri factored), or yellow (tri factored).  Puppies ready to go 6/24

Deposits are $500 (deposits are non-refundable.  In an event the breeding is not successful deposits move to another litter).  Puppies will be $2000 total.
